Vest

Sometimes I just have to wait and let the fabric tell me what it wants to become. I traveled to Florence, Italy and then came home and wove this fabric. It has blocks of color influenced by the stone buildings and cobblestone streets. I had a late night stroll through this ancient city and a moonlight palette represents the mood of an almost time-portal experience. 
The vest style is easy to wear. There are pockets, too. I love the drape of the fabric in the collar and the subtle play of color in the weave structure.
